Flat - Pitched Roof Training at Height
with the use of Safety Lines & Fall Arrest - Restraint Lanyards

This course has been designed for those who need to work at height on flat and pitched roof structures, with the aid of safety lines and fall restraint - fall arrest systems. Candidates shall learn how to gain access from leaning ladders, or scaffold structures onto a flat - pitched roof attached to safety lines maintaining three points of contact. The candidate shall be connected to a authorised safety lines using a fall restraint-arrest system, this will allow the candidate to move safely on the structure. When the candidate has reached their work station, they shall learn how to attach to a work postioning lanyard, this will allow them to work hands free.

On completion there will be a short test (practical and theory) successful candidates shall receive a valid certification of attendance, recognised as compliance, under the 2005 work at height regulations.
