Harness Safety Usage & Inspection - Half Day

The Safety Harness Training course is specifically designed to provide candidates with an understanding and appreciation of the importance of Safe Use and Inspection of a Safety Harness. At the end of the course there is a short test, when successfully completed candidates will be issued with a certificate of attendance  plus a photo identification card and will then be considered to be a "competent person" as specified by the Health & Safety Executive.

  • Fall arrest equipment standards
  • Equipment Inspection (who is responsible)
  • Fall arrest & fall restraint (do you know the difference)
  • The pendulum effect
  • Suspension trauma

  • Practical Demonstration
